Internet POP Control

Internet service providers use POPs (Points of Presence) to offer Internet  service through a remote site.  Occasions arise
that these sites need to be powered down and back up again in order to reset the equipment to an original configuration.

Hi-Tech has created a means that will allow this do be done remotely with security.    I can all be done with the existing POP
and little to no equipment changes.  This cuts the cost of man hours, travel time, and the ever important system down time.
